It’s gonna be alright – From Moonrise

Released on April 10, 2025, “It’s gonna be alright” (大丈夫) is the theme song for Moonrise. In addition to composing this AiNA THE END anime song, she also voices the character Mary.

After feeling the realism and constant tension in Moonrise‘s script, AiNA wanted her music to serve as an emotional cleanse. “I wanted to include gentle words, and the phrase 大丈夫 (It’s gonna be alright), which became the title, came to mind,” she shared in an interview.

To express the sounds of the Earth and the universe, AiNA experimented with unique sounds, incorporating rich string arrangements to evoke “the sound of the Earth ringing,” as well as bird calls layered with effects.

“It was interesting to challenge myself with a kind of sound-making unique to this work, that I wouldn’t normally do,” she shared.

Compared to the first film, the sequel has a “dizzying intensity,” AiNA explained, which shaped the track’s slightly darker, distorted tone.

Katsubou – From Mononoke the Movie: The Ashes of Rage

In addition to the theme song, AiNA also sang “Katsubou” (渇望), the ending song for Mononoke the Movie: The Ashes of Rage. This AiNA THE END anime song was also released digitally on March 14, 2025.

“When people get emotional, important words can get said too quickly,” AiNA said in an official video comment. “Without communicating with the other person carefully, they can end up impulsively lashing out.” She channeled this mindset into her singing.

While noting its fast tempo and strong rhythm, AiNA adds, “I think it became a song that carries those unspeakable emotions.”
